Christmas tree hunting.......

Yes, we picked the coldest day of the whole year to get our Christmas tree! We had lots of fun, though. Noah cut this one down and we definitely didn't take as long to pick it out. Since we are all feeling better(we had the flu last week), we are starting to do more of our Christmas traditions. The kids love helping me with the cut out cookies. They love testing them.....just to make sure they taste okay.

A "just the girls" post........

As I was downloading pictures, I noticed it was filled with pictures of the girls. A few weekends ago, My sister, Mom, and I had a girl's morning out. We had a delicious breakfast out and then did some shopping. What a special time out that was. And, thanks to our husbands for watching all the kids. Ava and Hannah love to dress up as princesses! You can usually find Abbey and Hannah playing with their American girl dolls together. Hannah got a new tunnel from her friends Chuck and Peggy. She has a blast with it and we love seeing her hair stand straight up!

Harvest Bash 2008

Here are some pictures we took right before our Harvest Party. We had Ariel and Kit Kittredge with us. (Noah decided he is too old to dress up and he was himself) There were lots of fun games. Noah got a hole in one at the golfing game! There was a scavenger hunt that Noah really wanted to finish bad. He even danced a little jig in one room to get his paper stamped! The girls had lots of fun, too.

Noah is 10 years old!!!!!

It's been a long time since Jason and I have been 10 years old, but we are relearning that it is a time for change. Noah celebrated his birthday with 2 parties this year, one with family and one with friends. At his family party he was surrounded by girls(except for his baby cousin Jesse), so it was great for him to have several boys his age come to a second party. He had so much fun at each one! It's so hard to believe he is 10 years old already. He decided that he may even be too old to dress up this year. Noah loves reading, soccer and playing webkinz. He is such a blessing and we thank God for him!

The Wiggles Live show

We were blessed with tickets from our friends to go last night to see the Wiggles Live. Our own little Dorthy the Dinosaur had a blast! She was singing and dancing throughout the whole show. She didn't want it to be over. That's actually why she looks a little sad in the one picture. With popcorn, pop, the Wiggles singing live...she was having the time of her life! Thanks Andy, Elizabeth & Anna Jayne!

Weekend at Grandma & PapPap's in PA

Noah & Abbey spent the week in PA with their grandparents and cousins last week. They had so much fun. Here are some pictures from the weekend when we picked them up. Hannah got to drive the Barbie jeep and really loved that!

Happy adoption day Hannah!

A few weeks ago, we celebrated Hannah's adoption day with her. She is really starting to understand more now and we made a book with pictures for her showing her our trip to China. It was a lot of fun and we are so thankful for our kids. They are gifts from God.

Girl's night out... Mommy, Abbey & Kit

On Thursday night, Abbey and I went to see the new American Girl movie Kit Kittredge. It was a really cute movie. We went out to dinner and then to the movies. We had so much fun together. Hannah was a little sad that she couldn't tag along, but Jason took her and Noah out to play at the playland and they had a great time with Daddy.

Hannah's Dora Birthday Party

We had so much fun celebrating Hannah's birthday. She really did love every minute of it. Last Sunday morning when she woke up, she asked us "where did my birthday go?"
